摘　　要：在医疗行业按市场经济规律运行的今天,一些不良医德医风现象正成为全社会广泛关注的焦点问题。医德作为社会精神文明建设的重要组成部分,是广大医务人员良好道德的表现,让医学生具有良好医德,需要在医学院教育中就开始分析医学生的思想认知和职业动力,改进教育方式与体系,才能使医学生在今后的职业生涯中的每个环节、每个岗位、每个行为均遵循医德医风,使全社会医德医风建设更加规范化。本文分析医学院医学系医德教育内容,剖析医学院校医德教育现状,在改善医德教育的体系与方式等方面提出新的见解与思路。In the current medical industry according to the laws of the market economy today, some bad medical ethics phenomenon is becoming the focus of attention of the whole society. Medical ethics as an important part of the construction of social spiritual civilization, which is the performance of the vast number of medical staff good moral, so that medical students have a good medical ethics, medical education in the school began to analyze the medical students＇ ideological and professional motivation, education methods and systems in order to enable medical students in the future career in every aspect of each post, each act are to follow the medical ethics, so that the whole society medical ethics con- struction more standardized. This paper analyzes the content of medical ethics education in medical department, analyzes the current situation of medical ethics education in medical colleges and universities, and puts forward new ideas and ideas in improving the system and mode of medical ethics education.
