摘 要:急诊科危重症抢救室是急诊医学教学的重要临床基地。抢救室病种丰富,需要通过鉴别诊断做出主诊断。学生通过实践可熟练掌握急救知识,并能掌握与危重患者家属的沟通技巧。要在抢救中培养学生的责任心及对患者的人文关怀,并且培养医学生细致的观察能力。因此在急诊临床教学中,抢救室对急诊医师的临床基本功要求高,在其临床诊断思维的培养,急危重症的紧急处置能力的培养等方面发挥重要的作用。Emergency department is an important clinical base of emergency medical teaching. There are all kinds of diseases in rescue room. Medical students can master first-aid knowledge through practice in rescue room. Primary Diagnosis is got by differential diagnosis through clinical education. Medical students can study communication skills with family members of critical patients in rescue room of emergency department. And it is a place which can cultivate responsibility, humanistic care and the ability of careful observation of student to patients. So in the course of emergency clinical teaching, the teaching of rescue room play a role in helping student to strengthen basic skills, cultivating clinical diagnostic thinking and emergency treatment ability for acute severe disease.
