摘　　要：中国近代科技期刊经过近五十年的艰难发展,形成了以传播先进科技知识、加强国内学术的交流与传播、促进现代科学中国化、努力提高国际影响力、联络和团结科学同仁、大力开展科普及学校科学教育为核心内质的中国近代科技期刊的初心;在此过程中,中国近代科技期刊还表现出了强烈的时代和社会担当精神、对中国传统科学和文化的继承、对中国学者科研成果的推崇、不予余力地扩大国际影响力、对中国近代科学发展全局长远的谋划等难能可贵的自信。中国近代科技期刊的初心与自信,对当下高速发展,却又面临诸多困境的中国科技期刊来说,如何贯彻习近平总书记提出的"坚持不忘初心,继续前进"的号召,如何在"文化自信"中谋求再发展,有着十分重要的借鉴意义。China＇s recent sci-tech journals after nearly 50 years of hard development, have formed to disseminate advanced scientific and technological knowledge, to strengthen the exchange and dissemination of domestic academic, promotion of modern science in China, to strengthen the domestic academic exchanges and communication, modern science China, to strive to improve the international influence, contact and unite scientific colleague, vigorously carry out the school science education as the core of China＇s recent sci-tech journals of early mission. In this process, China＇s recent sci-tech journals also showed a strong spirit of era and social responsibility, to the inheritance of Chinese traditional science and culture, praised the achievements in scientific research Chinese scholars, spared no effort in expanding the international influence and global long-term planning on the development of Chinese modern science. The early mission and confidence of sci-tech journal in China recent times, with the rapid development, yet faces many difficulties, such as how to implement the Xi Jinping proposed ＂ stay true to the mission, to continue to move forward＂ , how to seek to develop in the cultural confidence＂, they have very important reference meaning.
