摘 要:以简化培养基配方、降低培养基成本为目的,在实验室条件下对褐煤进行了去除培养基不同组分的生物成气模拟实验。在此基础上,对关键组分进行浓度优化。结果表明:去除M培养基中不同组分的实验均可产生CH4。其中去除酵母粉对CH4生成量的影响最大,而微量元素、维生素和EDTA对CH4生成量影响较小。考虑到后三组分占总成本的85%,故可去除。而关键组分酵母粉添加量降低为1 g/L时较经济。In order to simplify the medium formula and reduce the cost, simulation experiments of biological coal gasification wi- thout different components of medium were studied under laboratory conditions. On this basis, the concentration of the key comp- onents were optimized. The results showed that: The experiments which removed different components of M medium Could produce methane. The effect of eliminating yeast extract on methane production was the largest, while the effect of eliminating trace mineral solution, vitamin or EDTA was lesser. Considering the latter three components which accounted for 85% of the total medium cost, the medium which was without them should be better. And concentration of yeast extract can be used at 1 g/L and it was more cost-effective.
