摘  要:如何切实提高项目实施的实效性是"幼师国培"项目承担机构当前面临的重要问题。培训理念、培训方案、培训管理团队及其工作机制是影响"幼师国培"项目组织实施实效性的主要因素。通过践行专业化、成长型、人本化的培训理念,落实培训方案中课程、专家、培训方式三个关键环节,抓好管理团队建设、培训班级管理两个重点,可期进一步提高"幼师国培"项目组织实施的实效性。How to improve the effectiveness of project implementation is an important problem facing the project of "Kindergarten Teacher National Training". Training concept, training program, training management team and its working mechanism are the main factors influencing the effectiveness of the project organization of " Kindergarten Teacher National Training".Through the implementation of specialization, growth, people of the training concept, the implementation of training programs in the curriculum, experts, training three key links,do a good job in the management team building, training class management two keys,can further improve the " kindergarten teacher national training" project organization and implementation of the effectiveness.
