北京地区高校就业市场建设存在问题及对策

摘　　要：北京地区高校毕业生就业市场经过多年建设,形成了良好的就业市场运行机制,但也存在校级就业市场建设基础保障差异较大、跨域特色双选会建设不足等问题。有必要从基础要素、政府调控要素、服务保障要素等方面入手,完善规范化、标准化就业市场服务体系;加强市校级一体化、京津冀一体化市场建设;推进北京地区高校毕业生就业市场智能化信息服务平台体系建设;创新北京地区高校毕业生就业市场服务发展新模式等对策,促进北京地区高校毕业生就业工作的长远深入发展。The market of college graduates in Beijing has formed into a good market operational mechanism after years of construction.However, problems do exist in some areas. On the one hand, big differences exist in the construction of school-level employment; on the other hand, a lack of construction is found on cross-domain double-election from three aspects of basic elements of government regulation and service support elements, this paper aims to improve the standardization the of employment market service system, to strengthen the market construction of city-level integration and the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei; to promote the construction of the market intelligence of the information service platform system; to innovate a new model of the employment market service of university graduates in Beijing; to promote a long-term in-depth development of university graduates in Beijing.
