摘 要:目的探讨基于小规模限制性在线课程的急危重症护理学教学改革及效果。方法将2012级护理本科生按照班级随机分为对照组68人和观察组66人。对照组《急危重症护理学》采用传统教学法,观察组采用基于小规模限制性在线课程的教学改革,构建网络平台,设立5个学习模块,借助网络资源结合传统教学,采用线上线下混合式在线教学模式。结果课程学习结束时,观察组课程结业理论考试成绩显著优于对照组;临床急诊ICU实习结束,观察组护生临床实践自评显著优于对照组,临床带教老师对护生的实习评价(除师生关系融洽外)显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论基于小规模限制性在线课程的急危重症护理学教学改革,有利于提高学习效果及培养护生急救综合素质。Objective To explore the effect of small private online course (SPOC) technology-supported reform of an Acute and Critical Care Nursing Course. Methods Baccalaureate nursing students enrolled in 2012 were cluster randomized into a control group (n = 68) and an observation group (n= 66). The control group was subjected to traditional teaching strategy during the Acute and Critical Care Nursing Course, while the observation group received SPOC technology-supported teaching reform: SPOC learning platform containing five modules was built to share teaching resources and to provide online teaching. Results After completion of the course, theoretical test score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.01). After completion of clinical practice in emergency ICU, performance in practice evaluated by students themselves and clinical teachers, except teachers' evaluation of harmonious relationship between teachers and students, was significantly better in the observation group than the control group (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion SPOC technology supported reform of an Acute and Critical Care Nursing Course can improve teaching effect and first aid ability of students.
