3D腹腔镜与2D腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿物的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较3D腹腔镜与2D腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺区肿物的疗效,并进行经验总结。方法:回顾分析2013年1月~2015年12月,我院泌尿外科同一组手术医生运用3D及2D腹腔镜技术治疗肾上腺肿物病例共29例,其中3D组11例,2D组18例。对2组患者的手术时间、出血量、引流量、拔除引流管时间、术后住院天数、住院费用进行分析比较。结果:29例手术均获得成功。3D组患者与2D组患者相比,术中出血量、术后引流量以及拔除引流管时间均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。而手术时间、术后住院时间3D组均显著优于2D组(均P<0.05)。结论 :与2D腹腔镜相比,3D高清视野下进行的操作空间感更强、解剖层次更清晰且易于掌握,适于临床推广。Objective：To evaluate the effect of 3D and 2D laparoscopic adrenal neoplasm resection,and sum- marize our experiences.Methods：We retrospectively analyzed 29 cases（from Jan.2013 to Dec.2015）who accept- ed laparoscopic adrenal neoplasm resection by a same surgery team.Among them,ll cases accepted 3D la- paroscopic adrenal neoplasm resection, 18 cases accepted 2D laparoscopic adrenal neoplasm resection.We com- pared the operation duration,blood loss,drainage volume,hospital stay and hospitalization expenses between these two groups.Results：All the procedures were successful.Blood loss,drainage volume,drainage tube in- dwelling time of both groups were compared and there were no statistical differences between the two groups （all P〉0.05）.The operation duration and the hospitalization stay of 3D group were shorter than that of 2D group （both P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with 2D laparoscope,3D laparoscope supplies a better sense of space,a clearer anatomic compartments and shorter learning eurve.3D laparoscope will have a broad prospect.
