北京市海淀区两所幼儿园儿童乳牙龋病的调查

摘　　要：目的:了解北京市海淀区学龄前儿童的口腔健康状况及其流行趋势,为儿童龋病预防提供科学依据。方法:对北京大学幼教中心和清华大学洁华幼儿园的学龄前儿童进行口腔检查,方法参照第二次全国口腔流行病学调查方法。结果:3岁、4岁、5岁年龄组的儿童,随着年龄的增长,其患龋率和龋失补指数(dmft)均显著增长(均P<0.01)。5岁年龄组的患龋率高达85.93%,龋齿治疗率为76.32%,均显著高于文献报道水平(均P<0.05)。各年龄组儿童龋活跃性检测(CAT)水平的分布与其dmft值呈明显正相关(P<0.05);各年龄组CAT各分度间的dmft值存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 :可根据龋活跃性检测结果为儿童制定个性化的预防保健计划。应细化城市儿童口腔健康保健方案,让家长主动参与并正确执行儿童口腔预防保健。Objective：To investigate the oral health status among preschool children in the kindergartens in Haidian District in Beijing,to provide scientific support for further prevention project of dental caries.Meth- ods：The investigation involved i399 preschool children range from 3-6 years old in the kindergartens of Peking University and Tsinghua University,the oral status were examined according to the 2nd National Oral Health Investigation criteria.Results：The prevalence of dental caries and dmft increased as age increases a- mong 3-5 years old children,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.O1）,the prevalence of dental caries of 5 years old children was up to 85.93% ,which was statistically higher than that of the 3rd National Oral Health Investigation （66.0%）,even statistically higher than that of the report of Zhang Hui in Beijing （75.56%）.There were positive correlations between caries activity test value and draft among children at each age respectively.Conclusion：Oral health status in the kindergartens of these two universities should be paid more attention.Caries activity test should be considered as an effective method to predict the tendency of den- tal caries,and guide the dentists and parents to make valid prevention project individually for the children.
