意义建构视野中的大学文化创新与知识探究

摘　　要：文化的开放性与知识的个人性,决定了交往实践是基于意义建构的文化创新或知识探究的路径。大学能够不断完成文化创新或知识探究,关键在于大学具有思想的包容性与自由性的"特权",在于大学多学科共在的交往实践的氛围。大学师生需要回到充满生机和情感的"生活世界",摆脱"常人"的文化视界,实现关于世界和人自身的意义建构;大学应该倡导跨文化、跨学科的对话与合作,大学师生之间、学科组织之间和专业组织之间的交往实践、合作交流是基于意义建构的文化创新或知识探究的基本途径。The openness and individuality of culture or knowledge determine the way of cultural innovation or knowledge inquiry based on sense-making. Since universities have the privilege of freedom of thought and the atmosphere of communicative practice of multi disciplines, they can continue to complete the cultural innovation or knowledge inquiry. University teachers and students need to return to the life world which is full of vitality and emotion and break away from the cultural view of ordinary people, in order to realize the sense-making about the world and people per se. Universitiesneed to promote cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary dialogue and cooperation. The communicative practice between teachers and students, between different disciplinary organizations and between different professional organizations is the basic path of cultural innovation orknowledge inquiry based on sense-making.
