摘　　要：高校教育技术机构职能定位混乱和发展方向不明的问题一直以来饱受诟病,归纳总结其职能变化发展的特征规律和定位原则,可为高校教育技术机构职能定位提供决策依据,有利于提高教育技术机构组织设计与职能定位的科学性和合理性。It has been criticized for the confusion of the functions of the educational technology organizations in universities and the unclear development direction. Summarizing the characteristics and principles of the development of its functions, it can provide the decision-making basis for the functional orientation of educational technology institutions in Colleges and Universities. It is benefi- cial to improve the scientific and rationality of organization design and function orientation of educa- tional technology institutions.
