摘  要:为了寻求稀土元素铈对豌豆种子萌发的最佳作用浓度,采用不同质量浓度的硝酸铈铵溶液(0、1、10、25、50 mg/L)对豌豆种子进行浸种处理,测定种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、淀粉酶活性、相对电导率、丙二醛含量等,并对根尖进行切片,观察其染色体形态的变化.结果表明:1mg/L和10 mg/L的硝酸铈铵处理组中,豌豆种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、淀粉酶活性和有丝分裂指数与对照组相比均有显著增加,种子相对电导率和丙二醛含量均少于对照组,10 mg/L的硝酸铈铵对豌豆种子萌发的促进作用最显著,同对照组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而25 mg/L和50 mg/L的硝酸铈铵则抑制豌豆种子萌发,并导致根尖细胞染色体出现严重畸变.由此可见,铈对豌豆种子萌发和根尖细胞有丝分裂的影响为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制,10mg/L的硝酸铈铵对种子生长促进作用最明显.To search an optimal concentration of cerium acting on the germination of pea seeds, several mass concentrations of Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6 solutions (0, 1, 10, 25, 50 mg/L) were set up to soak the pea seeds before their germination. A series of indexes, including the germination potential, germination rate, germination index, vigor index, amylase activity, relative conductivity of seeds, MDA content of seeds were measured, and the mitosis of root tip cells were observed. The results showed that, the seeds germination potential, germination rate, germination index, vigor index, amylase activity, mitotic index of pea seeds treated with 1 mg/L and 10 mg/L of Ce (NH4)2( N03)6 were significantly higher than those of the control, and the relative conductivity and MDA content were lower than those of the control. Especially the treatment of 10 mg/L of Ce(NH4)E(NO3)6 had the most promoting effect on the germination of pea seeds, the difference between it and the control had statistic significanee(P 〈 0.05). While the treatment of 25 mg/L and 50 mg/L of Ce(NH4)2(N03)6 can inhibit the germination of pea seeds, and caused the chromosome aberration in the root tip cells. Overall, the lower concen- trations of Ce(NHg)2(NO3)6 can promote the growth of pea seeds, among which the mass concentration of 10 mg/L had the best promoting effect, while the higher concentrations of Ce had inhibitory effect on the germination of pea seeds.
