摘　　要：通过对板式家具封边工序中直线封边机运行情况进行调研,分析归纳了影响封边效率的因素,在研究封边机循环设备特点的基础上,结合某公司实际情况,提出回转线设计方案,并对改进后封边设备应用效果进行评价,为板式家具提高封边工序效率提供参考。Authors of this paper investigate the operation conditions of linear edge banding machine during panel furniture edge banding process, summarize the factors affecting edge banding efficiency. On the basis of studying characteristics of edge banding circulating equipment, and combined with the company＇s actual situation to put forward the rotary line design scheme, and evaluate the application effect of the improved edge banding equipment, so as to provide references for improving the edge banding efficiency for panel furniture.
