摘  要:目的应用MTT法检测不同种类化疗药物对口腔癌细胞的体外抑制率,比较各类化疗药物抗肿瘤作用的差异,为口腔颌面部肿瘤临床治疗中化疗药物的筛查提供理论依据。方法应用MTT法检测环磷酰胺、氟尿嘧啶、平阳霉素、紫杉醇、顺铂等24种化疗药物对口腔癌细胞的体外抑制率,结果以珚x±s表示,应用多个独立样本非参数检验,通过比较不同化疗药物组间及组内对口腔癌细胞体外抑制率的不同,筛选对口腔癌细胞具有较高抑制作用的化疗药物。结果各种化疗药物对口腔鳞癌细胞均具有一定的抗肿瘤活性,五类化疗药物中植物类化疗药物对口腔鳞状细胞癌细胞的抑制率较其他种类化疗药物有显著性差异(P<0.05),其余各组内药物之间差异无统计学意义。结论各种化疗药物间体外肿瘤抑制率有差异,植物类抗肿瘤药物肿瘤抑制率优于其他化疗药物,其中紫杉醇的抗肿瘤活性最强,临床可选用作为首选药物,以期为患者带来更好的治疗效果。Objective To examine the inhibitory rates of different chemotherapy drugs on oral cancer cells in vitro with MTT method, and compare the differences of various types of chemotherapeutic drugs on anti- tumor effect, and 15rovide a theoretical basis for chemotheraputic drugs" screening for clinical treatment of o- ral carcinoma. Methods Application of MTT method to detect Cyclophosphamide, Fluorouracil, Pingy- angmycin, Paclitaxel, Cisplatin and other 24 kinds of chemotherapeutic drugs on oral.carcinoma cells in vitro, data shown were the mean values ± s.d. All statistical calculations were performed using nonpara- metric test of multiple independent samples, the screening of chemotherapeutic drugs which have h.igher an- tineoplasmic activity is based on the inhibitory rates of different chemotherapy drugs on oral cancer cells. Results Our results indicated that all five types of chemotherapeutic drugs had certain antineoplasmic ac- tivity, and the antineoplasmic activity of plant chemotherapy drugs especially Paclitaxel was significantly higher than the other drugs, the difference was significant (P〈0.05), and others had no statistical signifi- cance within groups. Conclusion The inhibitory rates of various chemotherapeutic drugs in vitro are differ- ent. Plant chemotherapeutic drugs are higher than other chemotherapy drugs, in which, Paclitaxel can be the first choice for its strongest antineoplasmic activity in order to bring a better therapeutic effect for pa- tients.
