中药渣在节粮型畜牧业中的利用

摘　　要：中药渣是中草药加工后的产物,产量巨大,但是目前并没有得到恰当的处理,造成资源的浪费和环境的污染。因为中药渣有一定的营养价值和药用价值,对动物的免疫功能具有调节作用,目前已在畜禽生产业中得到利用,有提高畜禽生产力、降低生产成本的作用,在节粮型畜牧业发展中有一定的前景。文章就中药渣的成分和功能以及在畜禽生产中的应用作以阐述。Herb residues are the product of Chinese herbal medicine processing, and the output is huge, but there is no proper dispose, causing the resource waste and environmental damage. Because herb residues have certain nutritional value and medicinal value which are used in livestock and poultry industry. It has the effect on improving livestock productivity and reducing production cost. Herb residues have certain prospects in the forage-saving animal husbandry development. This paper reviewed the ingredient, function and the use of the herb residues in livestock and poultry prodution.
