摘　　要：自唾液链球菌K12(Streptococcus salivarius K12,Ss K12)于1989年从一名健康儿童的唾液中分离出来后,其针对某些细菌感染性疾病的预防和治疗潜能日益受到研究者们的重视。本文就Ss K12在预防和治疗口臭、咽炎扁桃体炎、中耳炎、念珠病、B族链球菌感染等疾病的相关研究进行综述,以期为Ss K12临床应用及进一步深入研究提供有益指导。Since Streptococcus salivarius K12 （SsK12） was isolated from a saliva sample taken from a healthy child in 1989, its potential in prevention and treatment of some bacterial infections was gaining increasing attention. This article reviews the effect of SsK12 in prevention and treatment of some diseases, such as oral malodor, pharyngo-tonsillitis, otitis media, candidosis, group B streptococcus infections, in order to provide guidance for the clinical application and further researches of SsK12.
