摘　　要：本文分析了现阶段《企业战略管理》课程理论教学和案例教学存在的相关问题,并提出了解决这些问题的办法,即根据人才的培养目标,全面统筹地精选理论教学内容。与此同时,对相关的案例教学在案例的选择、案例的教学模式等方面进行相应的设计和配置,从而优化现有的《企业战略管理》课程的理论教学和案例教学的教学过程。This paper analyzes the related problems in the theoretical teaching and case teaching of ＂Corporate Strategic Management＂ course at this stage.And then puts forward the solution to these problems,that＇s,according to the talent training objective,selecting the theoretical teaching content comprehensively.At the same time,the paper designs the selection of related cases and case teaching model in the case of teaching process,So as to optimize the existing ＂Corporate Strategic Management＂ course of theoretical teaching and case teaching in the teaching process.
