摘　　要：本文就如何提高课程教学在建筑工程类专业人才实践能力培养中的作用,以建筑工程估价课程为研究对象,介绍了唐山学院建筑工程估价课程组以专业人才实践能力培养为导向在教学方式、教材建设、结课考核等方面所做的改革与实践工作。实践证明,通过合理的教学改革与创新能够提升课程教学在建筑工程类专业人才实践能力培养中的作用。This paper discusses how to improve the function of curriculum teaching in the practical ability cultivation of civil engineering specialty talents.Taking the construction engineering valuation course as the research object,this paper introduces the reform and practice of construction engineering evaluation course group of Tangshan University in the aspects of teaching methods,teaching materials construction and course evaluation,which is guided by the practical ability cultivation of professional talents.Practice proves that rational teaching refornl and innovation can strengthen the role ofcurrictilum teaching in the practical ability training of civil engineering specialty talents.
