摘 要:为探索不同坡度与速度间歇跑训练中优秀女子篮球运动员气体代谢状况,采用美国产VO2000心肺测试仪对对11名二级以上女子篮球运动员进行心肺功能测试。结果:1)安静时的相对摄氧量、摄氧量、每分钟CO2产生量、呼吸商、呼吸频率、潮气量、通气量、心率、心率储备低于运动中和放松阶段(P<0.05)。2)放松各时期的摄氧量都低于速度为6m/s、坡度为12°时的摄氧量(P<0.01)。3)在同一坡度、不同速度时的相对摄氧量、摄氧量、每分钟CO_2产生量、呼吸商、呼吸频率、潮气量、通气量、心率之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:1)运动中心肺功能指标大小、放松阶段指标变化快慢更能体现不同坡度与速度间歇跑对女子篮球运动员心肺功能、能量代谢等方面的积极影响。2)优秀运动员有较好的心肺功能恢复能力。3)篮球间歇训练中速度比坡度更为重要,所设计间歇训练方法非常接近女子篮球比赛中紧急变速、全力冲刺等间歇性动作的一项训练。In order to explore the different slope and speed of gas metabolism in intermittent running training in elite female basketball players, this paper using the United States VO2000 cardiopulmonary test instrument for car- diopulmonary function test of 11 more than two women's basketball athletes. Results: 1 )resting oxygen uptake and relative oxygen uptake per minute, the amount of CO2 pro- duced, respiratory quotient, respiratory rate, tidal volume, ventilation volume, heart rate,heart rate reserve is lower than that of sports and relaxation phase ( P 〈 0. 05 ). 2) the oxygen uptake of each period was lower than the oxygen uptake rate of 6 rn/s and slope of( P 〈 0. 01 ). 3 ) in the same slope, different speed relative oxygen uptake, oxygen uptake and the amount of CO2 produced per minute, re- spiratory quotient, respiratory rate, tidal volume, ventila- tion volume and heart rate differences were not significant (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions : 1. the The changes of the in- dexes of pulmonary function and the indexes of relaxation stage can reflect the positive effects of different slope and speed intermittent running on the cardiopulmonary func- tion and energy metabolism of female basketball players. 2. eExcellent athletes have a better recovery of cardiopul- monary function. 3. the The speed is more important than the slope in the intermittent training of basketball. The de- sign of this study is very close to the training of women's basketball game in the emergency, full sprint and other in- termittent action of a training.
