摘　　要：目的评价延续性护理干预对脑卒中患者日常生活能力和治疗依从性的影响。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、Pub Med、CBM、VIP、CNKI、Wan Fang Data等数据资源系统,检索年限为2010年1月~2016年12月,纳入脑卒中患者的延续性护理干预随机对照试验,采用Rev Man 5.0软件对符合质量标准的研究进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11项RCTs,1070例患者,Meta分析结果显示,延续性护理干预可以提高脑卒中患者的日常生活能力(ADL)[WMD=20.09,95%CI为16.51~23.67(P<0.01)];提高患者的治疗依从性以及总体生活质量[OR=7.04,95%CI为4.24~11.69(P<0.01);SMD=0.88,95%CI为0.25~1.50(P<0.01)],差异均有统计学意义。结论延续性护理干预可提高脑卒中患者的日常生活能力和治疗依从性,提高其生活质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of continuity nursing intervention on the activity of daily living and treat- ment compliance of patients with stroke.Methods The randomized controlled trials （RCTs） of the continuity nursing inter- vention in patients with stroke were collected through the databases such as the Cochrane Library,PubMed,CBM,VIP, CNKI and WanFang Data from January 2010 to December 2016,and Meta-analysis was conducted for the included stud- ies using the RevMan 5.0 software.Results 11 RCTs study involving 1070 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that continuity nursing intervention can improve the activities of daily living （ADL） of patients with stroke [WMD=20.09, 95%CI=16.51-23.67 （P〈O.O1）],improve patient treatment compliance and overall quality of life [0R=7.04,95%CI=4.24- 11.69 （P〈0.01）;SMD=0.88,95%CI=0.25-1.50 （P〈0.01）] and the differences was statistically significant.Conclusion Con- tinuity nursing intervention can improve the activities ,of daily living and treatment compliance of patients with stroke, and improve their quality of life.
