摘  要:为了探究柴油颗粒过滤器(DPF)+选择性催化还原(SCR)+废气再循环(EGR)和DPF+SCR这两种技术路线的我国Ⅵ阶段排放重型车在不同整车载荷下的排放差异,从整车测试的角度出发,以对重型车整车排放量的测试为主要研究手段。利用重型底盘测功机分别对两辆不同技术路线车辆加置0%、25%、50%和100%的载荷,运行重型商用车瞬态循环(C-WTVC),利用全流稀释定容采样系统(CVS)测量车辆排放结果。结果表明,采用EGR技术的车辆NO_x的排放在半载及满载的工况下,NO_x的排放量基本不受载荷变化的影响,其值稳定在450 mg/(kW·h)左右;未采用EGR技术的车辆NO_x排放受载荷变化影响较大,在全载荷工况下均受其影响,且NO_x排放量与载荷的变化呈反比趋势,随着载荷的增大由最高点524 mg/(kW·h)向最低点226 mg/(kW·h)依次递减。为即将实行的国Ⅵ标准中重型车整车部分的新车排放认证提供了工况数据,对于提高国家测试水平具有一定的指导意义。In order to explore the emission difference of heavy vehicles which meet the national sixth revision standard under different vehicle loads in the two technical routes. T w o technical routes of Diesel Particulate Filter(DPF ) + Selective Catalytic Reduction ( S C R ) + Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR ) and DPF + SCR are studied. In the China-World Transient Vehicle Cycle ( C - W T V C ) , the loads of 0% ,25% , 50% and 100% of the vehicle were added to the heavy chassis d y namometer, and the emission was measured by the Constant V o l u m e Sample(C V S ) to analyze the heavy vehicle emissions. The result showed that, the emission of N O x was 450 m g / ( k W · h ) , which was not affected by the change of loads except no-load for the EGR vehicle. T he N O x emission of vehicles without EGR technology was affected obviously by all load conditions, and the N O x emission decreases from 524 mg /( kW · h ) to 226 m g /( kW · h ) w h e n the load increases. This paper had provided a certification data for new vehicle emissions to imminent national sixth revision standard, and it could help to improve the testing level of our country.
