摘  要:为了降低大型拖拉机驾驶室耳旁噪声,以常州DF1204型拖拉机驾驶室为例,通过消元法和覆盖法,找出常州DF1204型拖拉机驾驶室的耳旁噪声的组成部分,计算固定噪声源对耳旁噪声的贡献率。针对耳旁噪声源特点,采取阻断噪声传播路径的方式来降低驾驶室耳旁噪声,使用多种噪声阻尼材料,逐步对驾驶室进行密闭隔音、减振降噪和吸音处理,以及通过优选阻尼材料等组合措施试验,结果显示驾驶室耳旁噪声声压级下降了12.1 d B(A),降噪效果明显。研究结果可为拖拉机工程设计提供参考。In order to reduce the noise of large tractor’s cab ,Changzhou DF1204 tractor cab is tested to identify the components of the parotic n o ise , and to calculate the contribution of the fixed noise source of parotic noise by means of elimination and covering method. According to the characteristics of parotic noise source,blocking noise propagation the path is adopted to reduce the noise of cab, a variety of noise damping material is used to close the cab n o ise, to attenuate vibration,to denoise and to absorb sound gradually. The results showed that the cab noise pressure level decreased by 12. 1 dB ( A ) with the optimum damping materials such as a combination of measures,the noise reduction effect is obvious. The results can be to provide reference for the engineering design of the tractor.
