浅谈价值工程在国外武器装备维护中的应用

摘　　要：价值工程对降低武器装备全寿命周期成本具有重要的作用,受到高度重视。文章简要介绍了价值工程的概念及其在武器装备全寿命周期的作用,结合价值工程在国外某型炮弹维护过程中的应用,介绍了价值工程在武器装备维修维护中应用工作的7个阶段,以及各个阶段特征,可为国内武器装备全寿命期内的价值工程应用工作提供参考。Value Engineering(VE)plays an important role in reducing the life cycle cost of weapon equipment,which attaches high attention.This paper introduced the concept and the effect of value engineering in weapon equipment life cycle,consider with the application of value engineering in the maintenance of foreign missile,seven phases of value engineering in maintenance of weapon equipment were introduced,as well as the characters of the seven phases,which can provide reference for the application of value engineering in the life cycle of weapon equipment in China.
