摘  要:目前蛋白资源匮乏现象日益严重,开发新的蛋白资源和合理利用现有的蛋白资源成为畜牧业亟待解决的问题。血粉资源丰富,且蛋白含量高,但是血粉适口性差,氨基酸不平衡,因此大部分被浪费了。合理利用血粉不仅可以缓解蛋白资源短缺的现状,还可以减少环境污染。酶解血粉的发酵工艺优化是通过培养条件和培养基选择提高菌株产酶能力,复合菌株产蛋白酶类型和种类互相补充,使蛋白酶系更为齐全,使血粉蛋白质的酶解更充分,消化率率更高,且改善了血粉的适口性,增加了血粉的饲用价值。该血粉的研发既有效缓解了蛋白资源短缺的现状,又有效利用了血粉资源,具有较大的现实意义。At present, the lack of protein resources is becoming more and more serious, the development of new protein resources and the rational use of existing protein resources become urgent problems in animal husbandry. Blood meal is rich in resources, and protein content is high, but the blood meal palatability is poor, amino acid imbalance, so moshy it is treated as waste. Reasonable use of blood meal can not only alleviate the shortage of protein resources, but also can reduce environmental pollution. Enzyme hydrolysis of blood meal fermentation process optimization is through the culture conditions and medium selection to improve the ability of strains to produce enzymes, compound strains of protease types and species complement each other, so that the protease system is more complete, so that the enzymatic hydrolysis of protein more fully, digestibility higher, and improve the palatability of blood meal, increased blood meal feed value. The research and development of the blood meal is not only effective in alleviating the shortage of protein resources, but also effectively use the blood meal resources, with great practical significance.
