摘 要:粮食或饲料极易发生霉变而产生黄曲霉毒素,其中黄曲霉毒素B_1(Aflatoxin B_1,AFB_1)毒性最强,食用之后会对动物肝脏肾脏等内脏器官造成伤害,严重威胁着人类的健康。一直以来,黄曲霉毒素污染问题被全球广泛关注,人类对AFB_1去除技术做了大量研究,这些方法存在成本高、操作繁琐等缺点而限制其大规模使用。本文对国内外AFB_1的污染状况做了简要分析,比较了三种常用去除AFB_1的方法与机制及其优缺点。并介绍了大型工业化装置,如物理挑选装置、紫外照射装置和臭氧去除装置,以期为AFB_1工业化去除技术的发展提供一个理论及技术支持。Food or fodder prones to mildew and produces aflatoxin, aflatoxin B1 is the most toxic among aflatoxin. After being eaten, it will damage the kidneys and liver of animals, which seriously threatens to human health.All the time, aflatoxin contamination has been widely concerned all over the world. We have already done a lot of research on how to effectively reduce aflatoxin B1, these methods have the disadvantages such as high cost and the fussy operation,which limits large-scale use. This paper makes a brief analysis on the status of AFB1 pollution, both in China and abroad,comparing with the three methods and mechanisms of the remove AFB1, and it also compares the advantage with and disadvantage. Besides we make a brief introduction about large industrial devices, such as physical selection device, ultraviolet irradiation device and ozone removing device, so as to devolope the industrialization for removing aflatoxin B1.
