摘　　要：蚕豆蛋白质含量较高,且蛋白质品质较好,除蛋氨酸相对缺乏外,其他氨基酸相对平衡,是一种价廉物美的蛋白质饲料。通过阐述蚕豆和蚕豆秸秆的营养特点、饲用现状及饲用改良技术研究进展的分析,分别提出了改良技术的发展趋势。Broad bean has good quality in protein content and protein, apart from the lack of methionine, the other amino acid are balance, so broad bean is of good value and cheap protein feed. The nutritional characteristic, the status for feed and progress on improving the feed value of broad bean were summarized, the trend in improving the feed value of broad bean was also described.
