摘  要:针对现行电梯平衡系数测试方法(电流—载荷曲线法)存在效率低和检测成本高的问题,提出并研制一种基于定义法的电梯平衡系数液压提升检测装置,利用分离式液压千斤顶作为驱动,根据钢丝绳张力等于所悬挂重物重量的原理,依次测出轿厢重量、对重重量,再代入额定载荷、曳引比,从而求出电梯平衡系数。实验结果表明:钢丝绳张力测量误差可控制在5‰以内,完全满足电梯平衡系数测量需求。该装置适用于采用钢丝绳牵引且无补偿绳的曳引式电梯,测量过程无需载荷,操作简单便捷、精度高、可重复性好。The existing elevator balance coefficient testing instruments have problems with low efficiency and high cost. A new balance coefficient measurement powered by hydraulic system has been developed based on the definition method. According to the principle that the steel rope tension is equal to the weight of goods hanging on the steel rope, the instrument tests steel rope tension, then gets the weights of car and counterweight. After getting the car's weight, counterweight's weight, rated load and traction ratio the balance coefficient, the instrument will show the elevator's balance coefficient. The measurement can test all elevators which are drawn by steel wire ropes and have not equipped any compensation steel wire ropes. Since the testing process does not need any weights, this method is efficient. Theoretically and actually, the testing result is also accurate and repeatable.
