摘  要:目的:探讨情景模拟教学法在护理人员在职培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年5月-2016年5月期间本院60名在职培训护理人员作为研究对象,所选护理人员均采用情景模拟教学法,通过培训前后护理人员理论考核成绩与护理人员对情景模拟教学法的看法,对情景模拟教学法的应用效果作出评价。结果:情景模拟教学法实施后护理人员理论考核成绩高于实施前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理人员对情景模拟教学法的评价中,90.00%的护理人员认为其可提升自身学习积极性,93.33%的护理人员认为其对临床护理工作具有指导意义,85.00%的护理人员认为理论水平和实践能力都有提高,90.00%的护理人员认为在职培训效果被提升,95.00%的护理人员认为其可活跃课堂氛围,93.33%的护理人员喜欢该教学方式,95.00%的护理人员认为其可增加自身对战胜临床工作的信心。结论:护理人员在职培训中采用情景模拟教学法效果较好,能有效提高护理人员的理论成绩,增强其护理专业技能,改善每位在职护理人员的沟通能力,团队协助能力,护理责任心,提高其分析、解决问题的能力,有效提升医院护理质量,具有一定临床运用价值。Objective: To analyse the application effect of scene simulation teaching method on-the- job training of nurses.Method: From May 2015 to May 2016, 60 cases on-the-job training nursing staff in our hospital were selected and taught by the scene simulation teaching method.The application effect of the scene simulation teaching method were evaluated through the nursing Staff's theory assessment results before training and after training.Result: After implemented the scene simulation teaching method, the scores of nursing staff's theory examination were higher than that at before the teaching, the difference was statistic significant ( P〈0.05 ), And in the evaluation of the scene simulation teaching method among nursing staff, there were 90.00% nurses thought that scene simulation teaching method can improve their enthusiasm for learning, 93.33% nurses thought that the scene simulation teaching method had the guiding value to the clinical nursing work, 85.00% nurses thought have improvement in the theory level and the practice ability, 90.00% nurses believed that job training effect are promoted, 95.00% nurses thought scene simulation teaching method can vivify the classroom atmosphere, 93.33% nurses were fond of the scene simulation teaching method, 95.00% nurses were believed scene simulation teaching method increased their confidence in clinical work.Conclusion: The application effect of the scene simulation teaching method in the on-the-job nursing staff is good, which can effectively improve the academic performance of nursing staff, enhance their nursing skills and nursing responsibility, improve their ability of communication, team work, analyze and solve problems.which effectively improve the quality of hospital nursing, has definite clinical using value.
