摘 要:目的:探讨甲状腺癌根治术中的纳米碳甲状旁腺负显影技术应用效果。方法:选取2013年3月-2015年3月期间本院收治的60例甲状腺癌患者的资料进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。观察组术中注射纳米碳混悬液,15 min后行根治性手术;对照组不注射纳米碳混悬液行甲状腺癌根治术。观察两组术后24 h血钙、血清甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)水平。结果:观察组术后血清iPTH降低发生率、血钙降低发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:纳米碳甲状旁腺负显影技术应用于甲状腺癌根治术治疗中能够有效降低手术损伤,改善甲状腺功能,促进患者康复。Objective: To study application effect of parathyroid nano carbon negative imaging technology in thyroid cancer radical operation.Method: From March 2013 to March 2015, 60 patients with thyroid cancer were selected as study objects and divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group.The observation group was injected nano carbon suspension liquid, thyroid cancer radical operation after injection 15 min.The control group was not taken nano carbon mixed suspension line, only thyroid cancer radical operation directly.Postoperative 24 hours, the blood calcium levels, serum levels of parathyroid hormone ( iPTH ) of two groups were observed.Result: Incidence of postoperative serum iPTH and blood calcium reduction of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Nano carbon parathyroid negative imaging techniques used in the treatment of thyroid cancer radical can effectively reduce the surgical injury, improve the function of thyroid gland, promote patients recover.
