摘　　要：目的探讨间歇口腔-胃管营养法对卒中后吞咽功能障碍的治疗效果。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI),万方数据库(Wanfang),维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(CQVIP),Pummed,Embase,和Cochrane library等数据库中关于间歇口腔-胃管营养法对卒中后吞咽功能障碍疗效的随机对照试验。时间截止至2016年11月30日。两名评价员独立的进行文献筛选、数据提取和质量评价。Meta分析采用Revman 5.3和Stata 12.0软件。结果最终纳入8篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,间歇口腔-胃管营养法可有效改善卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的吞咽功能(RR=1.38,95%CI=1.26,1.51,P<0.000 01),并显著降低吸入性肺炎的发生风险(RR=0.21,95%CI=0.05,0.86,P=0.03)。结论间歇口腔-胃管营养法有助于卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者吞咽功能的改善以及吸入性肺炎发生风险的降低,具有临床推广价值。Objective To systematieally assess the efficacy of intermittent oro-esophageal （IOE） tube feeding on post-stroke dysphagia. Methods The randomized controlled trial of IOE tube feeding on post-stroke dysphagia were retrieved in CBM, CNKI, Wanfang, CQVIP, Pubmed, Embase, and Cochrane library. The deadline was set at November 30th, 2016. Two reviewers independently screened the literature, extracted data, and assessed the risk of bias of included studies. Revman 5.3 and Stata 12.0 were applied to do meta-analysis. Results Finally, 8 artieles were ineluded. IOE tube feeding could faeilitate the recovery of swallowing function （ RR = 1.38,95% CI = 1.26, 1.51, P〈 0.000 01 ）, decreased the risk of aspiration pneumonia of stroke patients （RR=0.21,95%CI=0.05,0.86,P=0.03）.Conclusions IOE tube feeding is a valuable method to facilitate the reeovery of swallowing function and decrease the risk of aspiration pneumonia of stroke patients.
