摘　　要：为探索培养具有创新能力人才新模式,改善组织学的教学现状,对我校临床医学实验班进行了课程整合、PBL教学、实验教学改革、考核评价体系改革和改进师资队伍建设等方面的尝试与探索,培养了学生的创新思维、创新能力和团队合作精神。To explore new mode of cultivating talents with innovation ability, further improving the teaching status quo of histology, we have been executing curriculum integration, PBL teaching, reform of experimental teaching, appraisal and evaluation system, enhance teaching staff construction, which cultivate university students＇ innovative thinking, innovative ability and team work.
