摘 要:通过微波辐射采用原位聚合法制备了蒙脱土(MMT)改性淀粉基高吸水性复合树脂。考察了各种工艺条件对树脂吸水量的影响及树脂在60℃下的保水性,采用FTIR对树脂结构进行了表征。结果表明,在210W的微波功率下仅需反应150s就可获得最大吸水量为1 350g/g的树脂,MMT的加入使树脂吸水量和保水率分别提高了22%和33%。FTIR表征结果显示MMT和淀粉及丙烯酸发生了接枝共聚反应,蒙脱土和淀粉基丙烯酸之间形成了氢键。In-situ polymerization of MMT/starch-based superabsorbent polymer composites(SAPCs) under microwave-irradiation was investigated.The reaction conditions, such as the amount of MMT, the amount of initiator and crosslinking agent, the amount of monomer, the neutralization degree of acrylic acid( AA ) , the microwave power level and irradiation time were discussed.The water retaining capability at 60 〇C was studied.The structures of polymers were recorded by FTIR.The results tndica- ted that it only needs 150 s at 210 W to obtain SAPCs with the maximum water absorption capability of 1 350 g/g.The addition of MMT increases the water absorption capability by 22 % and the water re-taining capability at 60℃ by 33%.The results of FTIR indicated that the chemical reactions occurred among MMT, starch and acrylic acid.
