学科视角下企业标准体系与企业运营管理耦合

摘　　要：学科视角下企业标准体系与企业运营管理两者之间具有耦合的特殊属性,二者经历了耦合的三个阶段,从三阶段分析得出二者耦合存有内在不足,面临诸多挑战。为从根本上解决这些问题,实现二者有效耦合,需要确立学科视角下企业标准体系与企业运营管理耦合机理,将耦合通过数学模型定量化,以明确耦合程度。从二者耦合机理和模型出发,构建企业集成标准体系整体和企业集成标准体系结构,实现企业标准体系创新。There is a special attribute of the coupling between the Enterprise Standard System and the Enterprise Operation Management？ both of which experienced the three stages of coupling. From the anal-ysis of these three stages？ we could find that the coupling between them has many inherent deficiencies and faces many challenges. In order to solve these problems fundamentally and achieve effective coupling be-tween them, it is necessary to establish the coupling mechanism between the Enterprise Standard System and the Enterprise Operation Management from the perspective of discipline and quantify the coupling by mathematical models to clarify the degree of coupling. The author suggested building the whole enterprise integration standard system and the structure of it from the mechanism and model of the coupling, then re-alizing innovation of the Enterprise Standard System.
