摘 要:目的:探讨客观结构临床考核(OSCE)评价系统在评价护士在新生儿临床急救能力中的应用效果。方法:选择2012年1月~2016年5月我院儿科新生儿病房的护士30名,均为女性,随机等分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用常规教学方法。试验组在常规教学、培训的基础上每个月进行1次OSCE考核。累积共进行6次考核。最后,试验组和对照组均在出科前1周进行出科考试。内容包括两个部分。第1部分为笔试内容,包括危重新生儿常见疾病特点、护理常规、护理观察要点、常见抢救药品的用法用量等内容。第2部分为新生儿急救技能操作部分,内容包括吸氧、吸痰、心电监护、心肺复苏、除颤仪使用、急救团队协作等,按项打分。结果:试验组受试者出科考试笔试得分、技能操作得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OSCE的考核培训模式更有利于新生儿病房护士新生儿临床急救能力的提高,效果显著。Objective : To discuss the application effect of objective structured clinical examination ( OSCE) evaluation system in evaluation of nurses ’ abili-ty in newborn clinical first aid. Methods : Selected 30 nurses in neonatal ward of neonatology department in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2016 , all were female, and they were equally divided into test group and control group, where routine teaching method was adopted for the nurses in the control group, and nurses in the test group received OSCE assessment once per month on the basis of the routine teaching and training and 6 assessments were con-ducted accumulatively. Finally, all nurses in the test group and control group received after - department examination 1 week before leaving department. The examination included two parts, the first was written test, and the second was the newborn first aid skill operation, including oxygen inhalation, aspira-tion of sputum, electrocardiograph monitoring, cardio - pulmonary resuscitation, use of defibrillator and first aid team coordination, and they were scored by item. Results : The score of written test and score of skill operation in the after - department examination of subjects in the test group were significantly high-er than those of subjects in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The assessment and training mode of OSCE was more beneficial for the nurses in the neonatal ward to improve the newborn clinical first aid ability, with a significant effect.
