淋巴瘤合并EB病毒感染患者T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴瘤合并EB病毒感染患者T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及意义。方法将2015年1月—2017年1月收治的57例恶性淋巴瘤患者按是否合并EB病毒感染分为A组(合并EB感染)31例,B组(无EB感染)26例,并选同期我院体检中心健康体检者30例作为对照(C组)。所有受试者均于清晨空腹状态下采集静脉血,采用流式细胞仪测定T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果 A组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平分别为(61.54±5.03)%、(28.54±6.12)%、(34.45±9.98)%、(1.12±0.56)%,B组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平分别为(66.67±7.11)%、(33.67±6.96)%、(31.16±9.76)%、(1.26±0.79)%,C组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平分别为(70.13±4.91)%、(41.11±8.26)%、(27.22±5.07)%、(1.77±0.85)%。与C组相比,A组、B组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均明显降低(P<0.05),CD8^+水平明显升高(P<0.05);与B组比,A组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均明显降低(P<0.05),CD8^+水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论合并EB病毒感染的淋巴瘤患者机体细胞免疫功能影响更大,临床应引起重视。Objective To investigate the changes and significance of patients’ T lymphocyte subsets with lymphoma and EB vims infection. Methods 57 patients with malignant lymphoma who were admitted to our hospital between January 2015 and January 2017 were divided into A group （with EB infection, n=31） and B group （without EB infection, n =26）. The other 30 healthy cases were selected as control group （group C） at the same time. The fasting venous blood of all sub-jects was collected, and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets were measured by flow cytometry. Results Compared with group C,the levels of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ and CD4＋/CD8 ＋ in A group and B group were significantly lower while the levels of CD8 ＋ were significantly higher （P 〈0. 05） . Compared with B group, the levels of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ and CD4 ＋ /CD8 ＋ in A group were significantly lower while the levels of CD8 ＋ were significantly higher （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The levels of T lymphocyte subsets can be used as important indexes to judge the severity of lymphoma. When there is severe T lymphocytes immune dys-function, EB vims infection should be considered, and timely diagnosis and early treatment should be carried out.
