摘　　要：作为学校教育思想的承载者和目的的实现者,课程是远程开放大学的核心。要办好远程开放大学,不只是体制与机制,以及技术的变革,更重要的是,必须从发展了的时代及其发展了的大学去理解远程开放大学,以历史唯物之一的立场和方法论来对待远程开放大学的便可与重构.As the carrier of the school education thought and the realization of the purpose, the course is the core of the remote open university.
