新型城镇化背景下农民成人教育转型问题研究

摘　　要：一直以来,三农问题都是我国现代化建设发展过程中的重要问题。而想要有效解决三农问题,就需要从农民问题入手,通过有效提升农民的知识水平和经营能力,从而实现整个三农问题的妥善解决。农民掌握更多文化知识和专业技能,从而不仅帮助农民致富,还能提升其应对市场竞争的能力。随着新型城镇化不断推进,想要真正实现新型城镇化建设目标,就必须结合时代特点,推动农民成人教育实现从内容到方法上的整体转型升级。For a long time, agriculture, rural areas and farmers problems are important problems in the process of Chinese modernization development. And want to effectively solve the three agriculture problem, need, from the perspective of the peasant problem, through effective to improve the standard of peasants ＂knowledge and operating ability, so as to realize the proper solution of three rural problems. Farmers have more cultural knowledge and pro-fessional skills, to help farmers get rich, not only can increase its ability to cope with the market competition. With the propulsion, new urbanization to really achieve the new urbanization construction, must be combined with times characteristics, promote farmers to adult education implementation from the content to the method of integral trans-formation and upgrading.
