摘　　要：构建食品安全追溯制度,实行食品安全全过程可追溯,是食品安全治理现代化的必然趋势。实现食品的"质量可追溯、风险可控制、责任可追究"是依法治国战略的要求,也是法治建设的时代面向。It will be the inevitable trend of modern food safety management to construct food safety traceability system which also will contribute to the implementation of food safety trace-back.And to achieve the food 'quality traceability,risk control,responsibility investigation' is not only the rule of law strategy requirements,but also the trend of law construction during the current period.
