地方高校大学生创新创业问题探究——以蚌埠学院2015届毕业生创新创业情况的调查为案例

摘　　要：结合蚌埠学院实际情况,针对地方高校开展创新创业教育情况作出分析,指出地方高校开展创新创业教育,有利于推动国家自主创新战略的实现,推进学校深度转型发展,缓解就业压力。在推进学校深度转型发展中,需要更新教育理念,注重顶层设计和整体设计;营造良好的创新与创业氛围;构建创新创业教育课程体系;加强创新创业师资队伍建设;构建创新创业教育实践平台;建立激励机制,加大扶持力度。The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of college students in local colleges and universities was analyzed in this paper combining with Bengbu University.It pointed out it is to the benefit to promote the transformation development for local colleges and universities carrying out Innova- tion and Entrepreneurship Education.During carrying forward the deep development, colleges and universities should update the renewal educational idea, pay attention to Top-level design and global design, build good environment and course system of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education, strengthen teaching staff construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education, establish practice platform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education, and establish an incentive mechanism to increase the potency dimension of support.
