^(131)I剂量差异对根治术后中低危甲状腺癌患者清甲成功率及反应效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨^(131)I剂量差异对根治术后中低危甲状腺癌患者清甲成功率及反应效果的影响。方法研究对象选取我院2013年6月至2015年6月收治根治术后中低危甲状腺癌患者共150例,分为A组(75例)和B组(75例),分别采用1.1GBq和3.7GBq^(131)I口服治疗;比较两组患者清甲成功率,治疗反应性,治疗前后TSH和Tg水平等。结果两组患者清甲成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗反应性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗前后TSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后Tg水平低于治疗前;但两组患者治疗后Tg水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低剂量I^(131)用于根治术后中低危甲状腺癌患者在清甲成功率和治疗反应性方面与高剂量^(131)I接近,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the influence of 131I dosage differences on success rate of thyroid ablation and response effects of thyroid carcinoma patients with low-and moderate risk after radical operation. Methods 150 thyroid carcinoma patients with low-and moderate risk after radical operation were chosen in the period of June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided into groups of A group （75 patients） with 131I for 1. 1MBq and B group （75 patients） with 131I for 3.7MBq; and the success rate of thyroid ablation, the treatment response effects, the levels of TSH and Tg, before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of thyroid ablation between two groups（P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the treatment response effects between two groups（P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the levels of TSH before and after treatment between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The levels of Tg of B group were significantly lower after treament than before treatment. There was no significant difference in the levels of Tg after treatment between 2 groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Low- and high- dose of 131I in the treatment of thyroid carcinoma patients with low and moderate risk after radical operation have the same clinical effects.
