摘 要:目的观察Annexin-Ⅱ及VEGF-C在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法使用免疫组化的方法检测44例甲状腺乳头状癌、16例甲状腺腺瘤、20例结节性甲状腺肿及10例正常甲状腺组织中Annexin-Ⅱ及VEGF-C的表达情况及与临床病理的关系。结果 Annexin-Ⅱ及VEGF-C在甲状腺乳头状癌中的阳性表达率明显高于甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿及正常甲状腺组织;Annexin-Ⅱ及VEGF-C的表达与肿瘤大小及淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义。结论 Annexin-Ⅱ及VEGF-C的表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的发生有密切关系,且与甲状腺乳头状癌的发展及淋巴结转移有一定关系。Objective To study the expression of Annexin- Ⅱ and VEGF-C in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods The expression of Annexin-Ⅱ and VEGF-C were detected, in 44 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma, 16 cases of thyroid adenoma, 20 cases of nodular goiter and 10 cases of normal thyroid tissue, using immunohistochemical method. Results The expression levels of Annexin- Ⅱ and VEGF-C in papillary carcinoma were significantly higher than that in thyroid adenoma, nodular goiter and normal thyroid tissue. The expression levels of Annexin-Ⅱ and VEGF-C were correlated with tumor size and lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The Annexin-Ⅱand VEGF-C areintimately related to the occurrence of papillary carcinoma, and also related to the development of papillary carcinoma and lymph node metastasis.
