摘　　要：我国法治国家建设的不断推进和改革开放的深化,对中国法学教育的定位和任务提出了全新的要求,即培养既能够推动社会主义国家法治建设,又能够服务于商贸和投资全球化的涉外型高素质法律人才。但是,传统的法学教育却难以有效满足这种需求。而引入国际模拟法庭竞赛,是培养国际化的法律人才的重要途径。The continuous establishment of socialist rule of law in China and the deepening of reform and opening up put forward new re- quirements for the orientation and tasks of China＇s legal education, that is ：to cultivate elites who can help both the socialist legal con- struction and the globalization of commerce and investment. However, the traditional legal education is difficult to effectively meet this de- mand.The introduction of the International Moot Court Competition is an important way to cultivate international legal talents.
