摘　　要：针对电控柴油机在船舶上的广泛应用导致相关培训需求无法满足的问题,开展基于电喷柴油机的机舱资源管理培训项目开发研究。结合航海类高职院校优势,从培训方案设计、实训系统规划、师资队伍建设及培训组织形式等方面阐述培训项目开发,为船用电控柴油机培训项目开发提供参考。Marine intelligent diesel engine is being commonly used in ships, while there are no sufficient operational skills training programs. According to this problem, the essay attempts to develop a training program of engine room resource management. Based on the advantages of higher vocational colleges, the program designing, skills training system planning, the teaching staff building and training organization have been studied.
