摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展以及科学技术的进步,创新创业教育得到了良好的发展空间,有力推动了教育事业的长远发展。高职电脑艺术设计专业作为一门综合性学科,其具有一定的交叉性和专业性,是专业素质与专业技能、实践与理论、技术与艺术的有机结合,能够有效满足人才市场的需求。目前大部分高职院校都开始改变传统的教学模式,创设人才市场与企业、行业与教育的合作及对接机制,创新人才培养理念,以此形成适合创意产业环境下的人才培养体系,实现自身的可持续发展。本文对创意产业环境下高职电脑艺术设计专业人才培养路径进行深入分析和探讨。With the development of social economy and the progress of science and technology, innovation and entrepreneurship education have made great progress and have promoted the long-term development of education. Higher vocational computer-aided art design, as a comprehensive subject, combines professional quality and professional skills, practice and theory, technology and art, can effectively meet the needs of talent market. At present, the traditional teaching mode are changed and innovated to cultivate talents with creativity by connecting talents market and enterprises, the industry and the education, with a view to forming a new talent training mode under the creative industry environment and achieving the sustainable development.
