摘  要:学者指出,一个教师的成长等于经验+反思.诚然,成功的教学经验能使教学相得益彰,丰富的教学经验却能使教学得心应手;适当的反思能使教师改进教学方法,改善教学手段,适时的反思能使教师及时发现问题,改进错误,进一步提高教学效率和教学水平.体育教师在教学过程中必须养成反思习惯,明确反思内容,选择合适形式,从而提高体育教师教学反思能力.Some scholar pointed out that a teacher' s growth is equal to experience. Truly speaking, successful experience in teaching can make each other complement. Rich teaching experience can be handy with facility. Ap- propriate reflection carl make teachers improve teaching methods, and ameliorate teaching means. Timely reflection can let teachers find problems and correct mistakes reflection so as to improve teaching efficiency and level. It is vi- tal for P. E teachers to have reflective habits to make clear reflective content and choose proper reflection. If they can do this, they can improve their ability of reflection.
