疏血通注射液在急性脑梗死的应用及对血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的研究急性脑梗死患者采用疏血通注射液治疗的效果及对血液流变学的影响。方法临床纳入200例我院2014年2月至2016年8月期间收治的急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按入院顺序分为两组各100例。对照组患者给予复方丹参注射液治疗,观察组患者给予疏血通注射液治疗。观察比较两组的治疗效果、血液流变学变化情况以及不良反应等。结果观察组、对照组的治疗总有效率分别为97.0%、87.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的血液流变学指标无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的各项指标水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组的不良反应发生率分别为6.0%、7.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏血通治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果较好,可明显改善患者的血液流变学,促进患者的神经功能恢复,不良反应少,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To study the effect of Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the influence on blood rheology. Methods 200 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to August 2016 were enrolled in this study and divided into two groups according to the order of admission. 100 patients in the control group were treated with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection, and 100 patients in the observation group were treated with Shuxuetong injection. The curative effect, changes of blood rheology and adverse reactions were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 97.0%, significantly higher than 87.0% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the indicators of blood rheology （P〉0.05）; After treatment, the indicators of blood rheology of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.0% in the observation group, and 7.0% in the control group, with no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Shuxuetong injection has significant effect and few adverse reactions in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, which can obviously improve patients＇ blood rheology, and promote the recovery of neurological function. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
