论“冲为血海”的理论依据及临床运用

摘　　要："冲为血海"是指导中医临床调理气血、防病驱邪的重要理论。拟从冲脉的起源循行入手,通过分析"冲脉隶属阳明""冲脉不独行于经""五脏六腑之经皆受气于冲脉"与"冲为血海"的相关性阐释"冲为血海"的理论基础,从"治血以治冲为要""凡治妇人,必先明冲任之脉"两方面来介绍"冲为血海"的临床运用,以期促进冲脉理论的发展和运用。＂Chong channel being sea of blood＂ plays an important role in regulating Qi and blood, preventing diseases and eliminating pathogens in clinical practice of Chinese medicine. After briefly introducing the origin and distribution of the thoroughfare channel, this article focus on illuminating the theoretical basis about＂Chong channel being sea of blood＂by analyzing these three concepts including＂Chong channel belonging to Yangming meridian Chong channel not traveling along＂ and ＂the five Zang and the six Fu organs getting Qi from thoroughfare channel＂ ; introducing the clinical application of ＂Chong channel being sea of blood＂ from two aspects of ＂treating Chong channel being the key to cure blood syndrome＂ and ＂to figure out Chong channels before curing gynecological disease＂, so as to promote the development and application of the theory of thoroughfare channel.
