胆道排石合剂联合胆道取石对胆石症术后胆道残余结石的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究胆道排石合剂联合胆道取石对胆石症术后胆道残余结石的治疗效果与安全性。方法:将2014年1月—2016年3月期间医院收治的106例胆石症术后胆道残余结石患者随机分成观察组与对照组,观察组采用胆道排石合剂联合胆道取石治疗,对照组采用胆道取石治疗。比较两组治疗的总有效率、复发率以及不良反应等。结果:观察组和对照组治疗的总有效率分别为94.34%和81.13%,观察组明显的高于对照组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组做胆道镜的次数和半年内复发率均明显的少于对照组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:道排石剂联合胆道取石治疗胆石术后胆管残余结石有效率高,有效的降低了胆道取石次数和复发率,安全性高。Objective： To study the effect and safety of bile duct stone mixture and biliary stone in the treatment of biliary residual stones after cholelithiasis. Methods： From January 2014 to March 2016,106 patients with biliary residual stones after choledocholithiasis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with biliary drainage stone mixture and biliary stone extraction. The control group was treated with biliary stone extraction. The total effective rate,recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rates of the observation group and control group were 94. 34% and 81. 13%.The observation group was superior to the control group and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. The frequency of choledochoscopy and recrudescence rate in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Bile duct row stone mixture combined with biliary lithotomy in the treatment of biliary residual stones after cholelithiasis has high effective rate and can reduce the number of biliary stone and recurrence rate,with high safety.
