扶正化积丸联合放疗对肝癌血液流变学及并发症发生情况的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中晚期原发性肝癌患者化疗过程中联合扶正化积丸辅助治疗的临床效果及对患者血液流变学、并发症的影响。方法:选取2014年1月—2016年6月在医院接受放化疗治疗的97例中晚期原发性肝癌患者,根据就诊单双号分为放疗组48例、联合组49例,两组患者均接受放射治疗及基础治疗,联合组加用扶正化积丸,对比两组的治疗效果及相关实验室指标。结果:联合组的总有效率79.59%、放疗组的70.83%,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组的全血黏度低切、全血黏度中切、全血黏度高切、血沉测定值较治疗前显著的降低(P<0.05),联合组的全血黏度低切、全血黏度中切、全血黏度高切、血沉测定值低于放疗组(P<0.05);治疗过程中,联合组的恶心呕吐发生率28.57%、腹泻发生率18.37%、便秘20.41%、放射性皮炎20.41%均显著低于放疗组的47.92%、37.50%、39.58%、39.58%(P<0.05)。结论:中晚期原发性肝癌患者化疗过程中联合扶正化积丸辅助治疗有助于改善患者的血液流变学指标、降低不良反应程度及发生率。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Fuzheng Huayu Pill and radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced primary liver cancer and its effect on hemorheology and complications. Methods： From January 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital,97 cases of patients with advanced primary liver cancer who recieved the radiotherapy. Patients wre divided into radiotherapy group 48 cases and the combination group 49 cases. Two groups were treated with radiotherapy and basic treatment. the combination group combined with Fuzheng Huayu Pill. Compare two groups of treatment and related laboratory index. Results： The efficiency was 79. 59% in the combination group and 70. 83% in the radiotherapy group group. The difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the combination group＇s whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood middle shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05） and lower than the radiotherapy group＇s（ P〈0. 05）. The course of treatment,the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the combination group were28. 57%,18. 37% and 20. 41% respectively and the incidence of diarrhea and constipation and radiodermatites was20. 41%,which were significantly lower than the radiotherapy group＇s 47. 92%,37. 50%,39. 58% and 39. 58%,respectively（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The adjuvant therapy of combined therapy of Fuzheng Huayu Pill in the course of radiotherapy for patients with advanced primary liver cancer is helpful to improve the blood rheology index and reduce the degree of toxicity and the incidence rate.
