白头翁汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效及对血清炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨白头翁汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者临床疗效及对血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选自医院于2015年1月—2016年1月期间收治的83例溃疡性结肠炎患者,依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组42例与对照组41例。对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶结肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合白头翁汤治疗。两组疗程均为4周。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组结肠镜检查评分治疗后下降(P<0.05);观察组结肠镜检查评分治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组病理检查评分治疗后下降(P<0.05);观察组病理检查评分治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α水平治疗后下降(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α水平治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:白头翁汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者临临床疗效显著,其作用可能与降低炎症因子IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α相关,且安全可靠,值得研究。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Baitouweng Decoctionon ulcerative colitis and its influence on serum levels of inflammatory cytokines. Methods： In our hospital from January 2015-January 2016,83 cases of patients with ulcerative colitiswere randomly divided into observation group 42 cases and control group 41 cases. The control group received sulfasalazine knot enteric-coated capsules and the observation group combined with Baitouweng Decoction. The treatment lasted 4 weeks. Results： The observation group＇s total effective rate was higher that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups＇ colonoscopy rates decreased after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇s colonoscopy rates after treatment was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups＇ pathological examination scores decreased after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the observation group＇s pathological examination scores were lower than the control group＇s（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups＇ levels of serum IL-1β,IL-17 and TNF-α decreased after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇s serum levels of IL-1β,IL-17 and TNF-α after treatment were lower than the control group＇s（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups showed no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion： Baitouweng Decoctionhas significantclinical efficacy in patients with ulcerative colitis. Its effect may be associated with decreasing inflammatory cytokines IL-1β,IL-17 and TNF-α. It is safe and worthy of studying.
